I'm having difficulty understanding how to create grades using this software. Not getting timely help from Support. I want to get the software to draw a specific grade from point A to point B and/or draw clearance between tracks. Any insight would be appreciated.

For clearance between tracks I draw some lines the length of the clearance and copy paste them where I need the space indicaters.
To create grades, highlight the track and select "create grade". (I know it isn't precisely that simple. If you need better info I can be more precise including screen grabs within the next 24 hours. My RR-Track software is on my other computer.
The "Create Grade" function calculates the grade between two sections of track both of which already have a specific track height assigned to them. I think you just need to adjust the height of one of the sections until you get the grade you are looking for.
SilverChief, playing with that software is like going down a rabbit hole. This may be more info than you want. I used a circle for grade examples. See attached pdfs. The trick to making grades is knowing tracks A and B must not be highlighted for creating grade.
