Programs and devices, sooner or later, cause me heartburn. I was feeling pretty good with developing my track plan when I foolishly started to explore. While my track plan is intact I can’t get the track library back. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

You'll be looking toward the top left. Click "Track Libraries" (green circle). Then select your library. I selected Ross (red circle). You can select whatever you are using.
Almost anything you can click can be fixed on software

Thanks Bill, I’ll try again but the library wasn’t there. I saved what I had and had to shut it down. It was getting frustrating. I will try again and let you know. Thanks again.
It's there. Right were Bill says: Track Libraries -> O -> Ross.
Actually, I wonder if AnyRail has the disappearing toolbar option like the newer Microsoft Office products. If you accidentally double click in the toolbar field (where you're trying to find the green circle), then that toolbar will disappear unless you move the mouse over the vicinity where the toolbar is. It's handy for people working on smaller screens or tablets.
Anyway, put your mouse at the very top of the screen, about 3 inches from the left side of the screen and slowly drag it straight down. The bar might appear then. Otherwise, it could be in settings. I don't have access to my own laptop at the moment so it's hard for me to guarantee that I'm guiding you in the right direction. Either way, we'll solve! And then you'll be an expert in Track Library selection
I don't see any way to hide the Track Libraries menu, so it should be there on the top toolbar. I also don't see any disappearing toolbar option. You can hide the ribbon, but the track libraries link is still there.

Ribbon! Not toolbar. I couldn't think of what they called it. I knew it had a different name.
Thank you gentlemen it has been located. I appreciate your insights.
Now you're an expert!
Thank you for the positive reinforcement Bill, but expert status will be elusive.
