Getting near to having a final layout plan (for now) I now have questions about Atlas turnouts.  The track book says that the switch machine can be in at least 3 locations but I can't find any manuals about moving them, or what is and isn't possible.  I have two places that I am worried about.  One can be seen below.  I made CAD models of the Atlas track as I know from experience that SCARM isn't perfect.  As you can see, the default switch machine location locations are in the track path.  The only place to move them would be to the inside curve.  Is that even possible with the included switch machine?  I don't want under the table ones as I wouldn't be able to throw them manually.  If someone has moved the switch machines could you post a photo of them in the new location on a curve like this?  Thanks.

Red circles around trouble spots.  Green bars where I want to know if the switch machine will fit. They are O54 switches and curves.

Note that this switch motor is mounted as close as possible to the switch and works well even though it is at a slight angle.  Your alternate positions marked (Green) would be like this installation.

Thanks Mike, this photo was all I needed to see as you have the switch machine on the full curved side.  Glad to know it is possible.

And I want to have the option of remote and manual control of the switches, using the Atlas equipment since I want to also use their non-derail board and signal system.
