I saw a post about deck kits for the Bachmann O scale truss bridge. The kits are available from Mount Blue Models. Kit 1035a for O gauge and kit 1035 for On30. The On30 kit was sold by Micro Mark in the past.

It seems to be just the girders under the track; a quote from the site:
"Bachmann Truss Bridge kit not included."
The kit consists of laser cut plywood girders and self sticking cardstock. It works very well with the Bachmann truss bridge. It could also be used for scratch building a bridge.
