Bachmann wheel set question

I'm curious if Backmann wheel sets can be regauged to On3? If not, does anyone know the NWSL part number for replacement wheel sets to convert the Bachmann 2-bay hopper to On3? I looked at their online catalog but am still confused (it's pretty easy at my age). I realize these are probably out of stock but perhaps I can find a set if I know which ones I need.

You maybe able to re-gauge the wheels to 36” but I don’t think you will have enough room on the inside of the journals. Looking at my Bachmann caboose trucks it looks like they are pretty close as it is and not enough clearance for the widening of the wheels.
