changing chuff-diaphragms

!. Is there anyway to change a Lionel 3751 chuff to 4. My 3751 is the one that is just a few years old. 2. Is there any source that you can buy after market diaphragms. I have an ABA C-liner I would like to install diaphragms between the locomotives.
