That's the overpass for METRA( Chicago and Northwestern Railroad North Line  at Addison/Lincoln Ave which is just down the street from the station. It looks no different from when I was a kid growing up in Chicago back in the 60s and 70s (Needed Paint then). 

The Ravenswood(Brown Line ) crosses over the METRA tracks a couple of blocks south of Addison. 

This is a Ravenswood A train,  No smoking or eating is permitted on the train. Next Stop  Paulina 

Here is the station which was rebuilt in 2007

I use to live right down the street from the Brown line on Marshfield and Addison then on Leland near Rockwell. The Brown Line went behind our apartment on Leland. All the pictures except one are the Brown Line. The subway station is the Red Line.
