I installed a couple. The installation is easy and quick, and they work well. You have to drill one small hole for the program button. The instructions are complete with pictures and examples for the various radius turnouts.

I'm not sure how I missed these. They look like a nice addition to the FT switches.
If you search "switch commander" you will find several threads. It's a great upgrade.
I've installed a few and they work exactly as the should. 
However, certain Fastrack switches cannot be up-graded with the "Switch Commander". 
It is best to go the their WEB Site and do a little research. 
Regardless, you'll have to remove the bottom cover plate to be able to determine if your particular switch is a candidate for up-grade.
