Fastrack O36 switch

when doing a layout using SCARM do I also need to add a 1-3/8" half road bed at the end of the turnout?

Hi Salvagni, for the O-36 switches you don't need any of the fitter pieces. Just the O-36 "quarter curve" if you want to finish the O-36 turn.

Only O60, O72, O72 Wye & 22.5° cross use the roadbed fillers. The length of the O31 switch needs to be fudged with a regular 1 3/8" as Mixy hasn't updated SCARM with the fix yet. It's actually 11 3/8" inch long, not 10" like the O36 on the thru straight.
