Hmmm, it seems my Fastrack library is out of date. I don't show O-48 turnouts or those part numbers.

However, a passing siding generally requires a matching curve to put the track back parallel on each end. Don't forget the "makeup straight" on each exit from the switch.

And the length in the main track will be longer.

In the case of O-60 turnouts the main is 21.75" longer than the siding according to RR-Track.

I just created one in AnyTrack, here's the list of materials.

Track & Objects
6-12014, 0 Lionel FasTrack 6-12014. Straight 10".    1
6-12025, 0 Lionel FasTrack 6-12025. Straight 4.5".    1
6-12026, 0 Lionel FasTrack 6-12026. Straight 1.75".    2
6-12042, 0 Lionel FasTrack 6-12042. Straight 30".    4
6-12043, 0 Lionel FasTrack 6-12043. Curve 24", angle 30º (O48)    2
6-16830, 0 Lionel FasTrack 6-16830. Left turnout 15". (O48) Command Control    1
6-16831, 0 Lionel FasTrack 6-16831. Right turnout 15". (O48) Command Control    1

Here's the track plan.  Obviously, the track plan includes the mainline sections, and since the mainline will be oddly spaced, other small fitters may be required outside the switches.
