If you want to buy some of these, I have the three following from MTH:
BNSF Extended Vision Caboose (Command Car for Fire Train) (20-91583):
BNSF Tank Car (non-Portable Water for Fire Train) (30-73493):
And finally: BNSF Fire Car (30-79529):
If you look closely it says "Spokane WA". That's where I first saw it (I'm located here in BNSF country - Spokane)!

I have to laugh, isn't that supposed to be Non-Potable water ?

Yes, it should be "Non-Potable" water. I too laughed when I saw that (I've never seen "portable" water) 
My kid would go nuts for a fire train. Especially if they based it on the one in that Fireman Sam show.
