Wow, great news Rob! Thanks for posting
Good news.
I'm really looking forward to the next one in line... for Volume 3/O Gauge 1937-1942.

Rob,
I tried the link this morning and it isn't working for me.

I look forward to seeing Bruce and Linda next week at York. I will be doing as review of this latest volume for the magazine. Bruce and his expert and experienced colleagues from our hobby put a whole lot of research into these volumes to compile THE most comprehensive history of the toy train world's most important and long-lived manufacturer. I'm looking forward to a good many hours of instructive reading.
This is a must-have item for me. Vol. 1 and his recent book on Standard Gauge are outstanding, and I refer to them frequently. I'm looking forward to Vol. 2 in part because I contributed to it. My uncatalogued outfit # 6521WX (sold at Quackenbush Dept. Store in Paterson NJ) will hopefully be in this book, and to my knowledge, this will be the first time this outfit has ever been documented. I brought the outfit to York about 4 years ago so Bruce could photograph it for the book.

Look forward to having it. At an age when most historians are retired to Martha's Vineyard or Carmel, Bruce is still producing beautiful and useful works of art/history.
His books (especially the recent ones) are go to books for me- answer many questions. He is an awesome researcher and has a bunch of very knowledgeable friends to help.

Thanks again for posting Rob. Got my signed edition from Bruce when the doors opened at noon!
