Gunderson stack car question - 2 rail truck vs 3 rail truck

I am a former 2 railer running 2 rail Gunderson stack cars on 3 rail track. I have tried to convert the 2 rail trucks to 3 rail Atlas 100 ton roller bearing trucks. But I have found that the 3 rail trucks touch the underside of the cars. Can someone who owns 3 rail Gunderson cars tell me what trucks are on your Gunderson cars and is there a bushing between the truck and the car that makes the 3 rail car ride higher? Thanks.
