Hi,

Does anyone have any suggestions to fixing the rear axel of my Hafner clockwork?

My photos will show more but basicly the distance of the back wheels is too "short", hence makes engine derail.

Do I need a "spacer" (*or washer) in the rear axel? Comparing it to another Hafner I have, it looks like that engine has a "spacer-like-thing" that separated the wheel from touching the body of the motor.

Any suggestions will help a lot.

To add... looks like in the second photos the back axel was "soldered" together so the back axel "spacers" must have come off at some point.

I'll have to take this apart I assume and add new spacers. Then solder the wheels back into place.

Is this the right observation and action?..
