Hello, first post and first layout design 8x20...the dreaded middle rail issue solved.

Hi everyone, this is my first attempt at Anyrail so I had some issues. Hope you get the idea.  I did this for MTH Realtrax as it was the easiest for me to figure out. As far as the middle rail is concerned, I want it as all my equipment is third rail (P-2 electric (necessitating 72 inch curves), S-2s, and NYC Commuters.  I can't figure out how to raise and lower heights well.  The idea was from a HO layout that incorporated a helix to hold the trains. I made the upper side mostly passenger, mail, and REA.  The lower side has alot of switching action. There are three tracks that go under to a lower level the upper left is for the NH line and the other two are NYC.  Any critique would be helpful, as well as some ideas for the lower level staging.
