Could anyone who has the Lionel graduated trestle set for fastrack please let me know the length of the base? As shown in the pic I have about 1” on either side of the roadbed on the outer loop I’m wanting to elevate. Will that be enough room for the base of the trestle? I’m assuming the base is wider than the top attached to the roadbed.

The largest are 6" in length. These are for the tallest piers.

The outside width at the bottom is 3 inches,
As to height, I found that I needed to add a block of wood underneath the tallest sections to clear many postwar train cars running below.

Thanks Jan, I’ll make it work by moving the 2 center loops closer to the opposite side. Glad I asked, what a difference from the older style John mentioned.

No need to apologize, you did say "for Fastrack" but, it seems, that I always have traditional tubular track on my mind!
