I'll be starting a project where I'll need some 10 foot scale (2.5 actual inches tall) streetlights. There are many HO scale lights that fit this size range. I'm looking for some inexpensive HO streetlights that I can connect to my 12 volt AC accessory circuit. Any suggestions? I've seen some on eBay for cheap (from China and with LEDs) but I'm leary of them.

I've used the O Scale LED streetlights from China (seller is WeHonest). Very reasonable price, work great. He (David) seems to be a reliable seller.
Did you have to add a bridge rectifier to every light to power them from an AC 12 volt accessory circuit?

Should just be able to plug them in, they're diodes after all.
Any other recommendations besides the eBay lights?
I will echo JERRMANN. I have bought from them many times and never had a problem. They have a huge selection of HO street lights. In fact I am working on a batch of 20 highway lights I recently ordered which work out fine as platform lights on my subway station. They are 3 volts but come with resistors. I just wire them in parallel, hooked up to an inexpensive 2w bridge rectifier that I power with 12v AC.
