There is a hobby shop in TX that has a picture of a layout on their website. I contacted them to see if they would share the plan and they replied “No”. It looks to be about 4x8 with two main loops of Fastrack and an upper level.
Could someone take a look and may come up with the plan. Send me a PM and I’ll give you the name of the store.

Here is my interpretation. It seems to be at least a 9 by 5 table. You can see the straight pieces on the short side. In using O-36 curves the table needs the full 5 feet to allow for those straights. It also seems to have a siding in the middle. I wasn't sure if that was for a bump and go trolley in the middle, but I made it a siding. I used all O-36. The elevated circle in middle is a little higher than the actual piers for the elevated set. I just did that to overcome SCARM trying to draw the tunnel entrance and elevated track in the same location.
