Took some creative liberty labelling it "Chattanooga & Atlanta Lines". To my knowledge, that is a total fiction...

The wife's Cricut vinyl cutter machine. I use it to make a stencil. After I lay the stencil and mask everything off, I spray it with satin white paint. Several light costs prevents seepage. In my experience, satin and flat paints produces better and cleaner edges.
