How to hookup a 2004 ZW transformer to an MTH TIU controller?

I have forgotten how to attach my 2004 ZW transformer to my MTH TIU.

Are the COMMON connectors on the ZW the "hot" connectors that provide power to the track?

I already have the "B" side connected to my switches and the "C" side powers all my track building lighting. All that is working properly.

I just have forgotten how to connect the "A" side of the ZW to my MTH TIU and to the track.
