The subject pretty much says it all. I would like to know how to replace the swing out coupler on my Legacy Big Boy with the fixed coupler for double heading. The screw that secures the coupler is obstructed by a lower cow catcher cross member. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I believe when I did this a few years ago, I had to remove the pilot to get access to that screw.

Yes, it was "remote" because I had to "remove" it. 
Also, my spell checker seems to think "remote" was spelled correctly.

Yup, some disassembly is required to swap the front coupler.
