Inside Menard's Billboard Sign

I was reading about the sign elsewhere and the gentleman was able to slip the signs with the backing in place, along the edge of the frame. The brightness is reduced and you can change the ads.

I tried that but they fell off. I could have sort of stuck them on...

The brightness does not bother me. I am trying an experiment. I temporarily clamped two plastic channels to the frame. I then cut a piece of plastic and put the decal on the plastic and then slid it into the channel.

That looks like a plan. It's kind of better since the sign tends not to wash out as much.
