Some long reaches, unless you're planning some access hatches.

You have about 10' x 3' in the middle of the table that will be almost impossible to reach without access holes.

Even so, there are places where you'll need a 48" reach. Generally accepted maximum is 30", and even that can be a stretch (pun intended).
Here's my layout table and my biggest regret after building it was not having an access hatch. My reach is only good quality for about 24"-30". After that I'm crawling on the table.
In the middle of a rebuild/expansion planning now.
