SCARM is not by Atlas, but it does contain an Atlas track library as well as all the others. It's still free and there are plenty of video tutorials on You Tube (search for "scarm tutorial") along with good online documentation. The author is a member here and provides excellent support.

There is also the paid version of RR-Track that has a nifty simulation feature as well as whatever track libraries you need. I use both and feel RR-Track is worth the money, but had SCARM been out when I bought RR-Track, I probably would only be using SCARM.

There is also the free XTrakCAD with a simulation feature, but I find SCARM to be better, though it has been some time since I used XTrakCAD.

You'll get better support and quicker answers here with SCARM or RR-Track. When you post a photo of your layout, attach the SCARM or RR-Track file too and you'll get even better support from those of us who also use it.
