Good Afternoon Everyone,

In August of this year Jim Policastro promptly sent me a copy of  his "Layout for All Seasons" when I requested assistance in creating train layouts for Children in our Community. The Pictures were great and the articles were well written and easy to follow.   Jim, my apologies- I misspoke in my last email to you,  I had requests for train layouts in O Gauge but was only able to create one Lionel O gauge at this time due to costs. Using your ideas and the one I presently built (see pictures Zip File); I will be creating future similar-layouts either in 0-27/36 (menards track) or possibly creating in HO/N Scale (Bachman/Kato Track) depending on their living in a house or apt.  I just wanted to say thank you -as your ideas gave me purpose in my retirement. I went with just an Oval with a Sky Back drop. I tested the ideas with children in our Senior Center. They were pretty excited liking that the train went round and round . Of course the wooden train whistles, Dinosaur's, Caterpillar, and John Deere items were fun too!. I tried to send the pictures in this post but all I could get was a zip file. I hope it opens and everyone can see the pictures.

Again, Thank you all for your time and consideration

Sincerely,

Steven Widmer
