Hi gang. I am using RCS track and switches on my new layout and using DCS to control the layout. This is my second large layout (30'x16') but there was a gap of 8 years or so between them (I moved twice during this time). My question is this: Using an older DCS TIU, how many track sections should make up one block for wiring purposes. I seem to recall that the recommendation was no more than 13 pieces of track per hot wire connection. Note that I have some engines that are PS-2 and some that are PS-3. Not sure if that makes a difference.
