I have seen pictures of cut curves for lift out bridges.

And Yes, they generally do not cut at ties, shift one way or the other to get the cuts on one side of the tie or the other.

I'm making a large lift section due to the size and placement of a door.

I'll lift with cables and drop onto locating pins.

The section is a corner and has 2 Mainline curves and 2 sidings on it.

It is the only way to get a lot of extra track length, clear the front of the furnace, and still access the back half of the basement (storage) at need.

Since I'm lifting the entire corner I won't have to angle cut.

When you build your lift out section first make that it will reseat itself the same every time.  The lay your track.  I let the track on my lift up section extend over the ends of the section by about 1/2 inch.  This allowed the ends to sit level with the approach tracks.  You don't want the track ends from the fixed tables sticking out or too close to the table ends where they can snag people passing by.  You also want to make certain that the section cannot work its way up vertically misaligning the rails.
