I came across the other LionChief beeping topic, which is now closed. The beeping was getting to me, as well. I like to keep Trains on tracks and powered up, but disconnected for control purposes. The OP of the other topic was using a remote. Perhaps simply installing the LionChief app and turning down the volume might work for him because it definitely did for me.

The best solution is to switch power to the sidings that the locomotives are on, problem solved.
I agree that switched sidings are a great idea.
They do not, however, allow for the train to be lit up. And if you didn’t plan for this, it is a bit of work.
Really the best solution is for Lionel to have a button to say I know you’re there, but shut the heck up.
What this ends up meaning is that while I like to have lots of Trains live on tracks ready to go, I tend to not use LionChief except for fun/play.

Well, you're right, however I prefer my parked engines not to be active and powered, just more chance for something to go wrong.
I have lots of trains parked on tracks as well, I don't view flipping a switch to activate them as a problem, and it solves other problems. Each track on the two yards, the three track and the 10-track has a power switch.
Every whisker track on the TT is switched as well.
