Lionel 28220 Csx conventional sd45 info needed

i picked up a used engine as per the title. It needs a new reverse unit which I ordered. I have an err railsound commander to replace the horn. Looking for wiring diagram to see if the power feeds to the old horn only board would work. Also want to reuse the horn board in another loco and wonder if I can just tie to center rail and common.

any info appreciated,
