No, it unfortunately is not. Not only are the motors different, but so are the frames, and reversing mechanism and the frasme was reworked/tooled to accomodate those differences. Also, unfortunately the "newer" frame is not available as a special order part {never was} so you're limited to putting in the same small motor or purchasing a newer engine with the larger motor.
