I've seen a lot of great design work and serious creativity come from this forum. I totally lack any of it. my 3-d or artistic skills suck so I'm hoping that someone can help me out. I have a 4 x 8 piece of plywood and a connecting 3 x 4 making it an L shape. so, the 3 x 4 adds an extra 3' in width and it goes 1/2 way down my 4x8. i ran it that way so that i would be able to use that area as a turn around. 3' is even sharp for o-27 which is what i'm using. i'd like to run 3 trains at the same time and the innermost "loop" be a figure 8. i'd also like a siding or 2 to park extra trains (3' max). i just finished with the table and i haven't really had time to look at it. the only track software i have is anyrail which is a freebie. i was hoping that someone had a really nice 4 x 8 design and i could use my addition for either a reverse loop or just an interesting turn around or side area. anyway, any help would be appreciated.
