I have a 14 by 14 ft room with an additional 6 by 6 entryway space.  In this space I currently have bench work base of 118 sq ft.

I have it in a U shape with a 3 by 6 add to the lower right have of the U.  That 3 by 6 hosts my switch backs for both main and upper tracks.

Everything is movable or removable at this point.

That is a loaded question but since you asked.  The aisle appears a bit tight for a single individual.  It looks like you have straight track in between your curves.  I realize you already laid down money for the track but I would have opted for the larger radius curves instead of the tight curves with straight between each 90 degree corner.

It might be helpful if you could post a track plan as well.

Yes, I do have 036 curves with straight track between the 90% turns. Aisle is 16 inches wide to a 28 by 30 inch control area.

I have attacked a powerpoint of my track plan.  This is my first layout beyond the seasonal floor around the Christmas tree.

Powerpoint doesn't show to well on my iPad but it open OK on my laptop.

Thanks for your input!
