I need help with running two main lines. I am using MTH RealTrax. What do I need to do to make sure the track stays the same distance to each other all the way around the two loops?  Do infuse O82 on the outer main and O72 on the inner line. I want it to look uniform without using flex
Track. Please help if you can

Those two curves would give you 5 inch track centers. Six is recommended for large equipment, so you may have to test and see if five will work with what you are going to be running.  I do not know what the track centers for a set of 072 turnouts set back to back for a crossover.  That might be a problem, hopefully someone can let you know that.

Use an O-82 curve section as easement on both ends of all corners. It looks and works better. Half curves are also your friend to make the corner finish at the right angle.

I use O-72 easements on my O-54 curves and it smooths them out a lot.

Then adjust the length of straight track in between corners to get 6" spacing center rail to center rail

Even with Realtrax you can get a bit of give in the joints to make an inch difference side to side as you go along over a few feet.
