Mating an Atlas 6999 turntable with Lionel fastrack | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I am working on installing a Atlas 6999 turntable on my Fastrack layout. Does anyone have any ideas on how to match up the Fastrack with the turntable track?. I thought a 1 3/8 FT without roadbed section would do the trick however the gap between the feeder track and the turntable track is to far. Transition joiners, different track etc. any recommendations would be appreciated.

I cut the Fastrack sides with a hacksaw. Fit perfectly.

Whack off the pins, you don't need them at the TT. You can't use jointers at the TT, remember, that track is going to move around.
