I believe Menards track is pretty much the same as Lionel's good old tubular standard O Gauge.

I.e. O31, O54 curves, etc..  10 inch straights....  they also have O36 curves, and some odd length straights that aren't in the Lionel O line.

However for the basics, just use the Lionel O libraries.

In RR Track just select Lionel O

Same in Rail Modeller Pro on Mac.

When I visited the Lionel facility in Michigan in 2000, the tour guide showed us the machine that made Lionel tubular track. As I recall, he said the machine was initially designed and built in the 1930s and refurbished/improved from time to time in the decades following.  When Lionel moved production to China, that machine went along as part of the deal.

Perhaps other OGR Forum-ites can add to (or debunk) this thread ...
