Anyone have experience and problems with emailing them? I have sent 2 emails
to their website and have not even received a reply that they have read and will
reply to my inquiry. Seems odd since they are a sponsor here and all the food benchwork
I read and see from them.

I sent them an email some months ago and eventually got a response a month or so later, I don't remember now. I replied with some answers to their questions, added a bunch more information and never heard from them again. The first email and their reply was before York and my response back was a week or 2 before York, so it's possible my 2nd email got lost in the shuffle. RTR12 has dealt with them, but he does it via phone and gets good support.
