The National Capital Trackers will NOT be displaying a layout at York this spring. We were there this past October, perhaps that information on ED TCA's website has not been updated. While we would welcome the opportunity to be invited back by Eastern Division, it is very unlikely we would ever set up at back to back Yorks.

Sorry for the bad info. Everything else on the site looks like recent updates. Thanks for the info Steve. I would love to see you guys back every York.

Looking forward to it! Always get great ideas from looking at the layouts.
The modular group members' efforts are truly appreciated!

I'm looking forward to seeing the "S" layouts for scenic ideas, especially buildings. There is so little commercially available.
Having participated in two York Meet modular layouts, I appreciate the work these groups put into it, and the cost of hotels and food over 4 days.
The National Capitol Trackers is one great layout. I hope to see it again soon.
Thanks for the kind words. As much as we enjoy displaying at York there is no way we would ever do it every meet. Our last endeavor took 1 1/2 years of planning, 9 months of building new corners and specialty modules, and 22 hours to set up. Not something we want to do on a regular basis. I'm sure we will be back ,

Thanks in advance to all of the modular groups who are displaying. It's a huge investment of time, effort, and expense, and it reduces the amount of time that the members can spend on other activities at York.
Operating layouts have been a great addition to York. About 10 years ago the Standard Gauge Module Association had a layout at York--I sure would love to see them return.
if the public thinks they will see a lot of layouts, they are going to be very disappointed .
Nancy
Thanks for the update

I for one loved your display, it was the most impressive modular display I've ever seen, some amazing work! I'm sure it took a lot of effort to get all that working, but I will look forward to you coming back!

NCT has the most impressive modular display I've seen. I especially remember a couple of years ago (?) when it was so large that it included some grades where the tracks ran over/under each other. As a participant in a club with a much smaller portable layout, I fully appreciate the challenges of time, logistics, and cost that are involved, and I'm grateful for your efforts. Can't wait for you to come back to York.
I hope to see another York visit by Flower City HiRailers of Rochester, NY. A truly outstanding modular layout that filled the entire Black Hall.

I agree, that layout was worth the trip to York alone.
