Nice items.  I am sorry I missed out on the Lionel 140l tunnel you had listed in Dec 2016.    I have been looking for one for a while now.

My father has only come across one since hes been in TrainLand.  The shipping was a nightmare we had to crate it and make it secure like a fine art piece.  Cool item

Ken, I'm no marketing expert, but why do you list your prewar and postwar items with titles like "Old Used Lionel"? It sounds soooo bad, like someone selling dirty old socks. Wouldn't something like "Lionel Postwar (or Vintage) Treasures" be more appealing?

if you ever come across another 140l tunnel, keep me in mind.   The ironic part is I probably have the smallest standard gauge layout on the forum, but I want the largest tunnel made by Lionel.  Go figure......

Will do lv4 trains.  If I see one at york I'll let you know.  Chances are very slim I'll see one walk through the retail store.  But hey ya never know.  Most people just bring in their trains and throw out their accessories.

your 100 percent correct.  Now that you mention it, it does sound bad.  I think we're so nervous that someone will buy it and return it because it's "old" that we forget what it really sounds like.  Granted this forum everyone kinda knows what to expect from tinplate and postwar listings I shouldn't have to say old or used.  We were concerned about our email listing if someone didn't know what these trains mean.  We're new to the listing of used stuff online so I appreciate the feedback.  We're trying to tweak it.  

we have so many hidden treasures in the store so it will take a loooooong time for everything to be listed so for future postings will change it accordingly.  We never did eBay and we care about our reputation so we're trying to warn people and caution them as much as we can. We're overly being cautious and hoping that the end user will be happy.  We'll tweak as we go along
