Any one know if there are replacement parts for mth tinplate 10-2106 fire engine

I think you'll find that the fire truck itself is not made by MTH. I have the 10-1162 which is the flat car with roadster, same story. The car and truck are made by Franklin Mint or one of the other diecast car makers. Highly unlikely that MTH has parts, but you can always call parts dept. and find out.
