i finally got the courage to do a lash up on the MTH remote. All went well. The question that I have is does the wifi app on my iPhone and iPad work with the lash up? The lash up showes on my remote as well as the single engines alone but on my iPhone and iPad app all that shows is the separate engines and no lash up. The remote lash up works great. Just wondering am I missing something on the wifi app? Thanks much

The current, Standard, version of the app does not operate lashups. That capability is expected to be in the Premium version of the DCS App, schedule dot be released later this year.
I have the second and third editions of your book and I couldn't find anything in there.
The last update to the 2nd edition was published quite a while before the DCS App and the WIU were available, and therefore does not contain information about either of them.
The 3rd edition was released at the same time as the version 1.0 app and a few months before the WIU was generally available. At that time, both the DCS App and the firmware for the WIU were at version 1.0.
The WIU's version 1.1 firmware was released just after the 3rd edition's updates were finalized, and the issue between the version 1.1 app and the version 1.0 firmware was just becoming known as the updated 3rd (OGR) edition was being published.
The 3rd edition does, however, discuss everything that you need to know about operating DCS engines using the current version of the DCS App.
