I'M STARTING MY LAST LAYOUT THIS WEEK. MY OLD ONE IS UP IN THE LOFT OF MY BARN AND DUE TO HEALTH PROBLEMS, I'M NOT ALLOWED TO CLIMB LADDERS AND THERE NO STAIRS. DURING MY 45 YEARS MARRIED TO A WONDERFUL GAL, SHE WOULDNT ALLOW ANY PERMANENT LAYOUT IN OUR ONE STORY EXCEPT FOR A TOKEN LAYOUT RUNNING AROUND THE LIVING ROOM DURING THE HOLIDAYS SO I COULD SHOW OFF FOR MY GREAT GRANDKIDS. SO HERE WE GO ONE LAST TIME. IT'LL BE EASIER AND BUILD AND A BUNCH SMALLER, BUT THAT'S OKAY. IT WILL BE LAID OUT LIKE THE LETTER J W/ ONE OUTSIDE LOOP, SEVERAL SIDINGS AND REVERSING LOOPS, A ROUND HOUSE W/ A 34 INCH WHIRLY GO ROUND,[ TURNTABLE], A SMALL TOWN, A  COAL MINE W/ SOME HO GONDOLAS AND ENGINE THAT I'LL HAVE TO CUT DOWN BECAUSE OF THE  LOW CEILING AT THE MINE ENTRANCE LIKE A LOT OF AMERICAN MINES AND A SMALL WORKING WATERFALL, FLOWING OVER A CLIFF ONTO THE SAND BELOW. I DID THIS ONCE BEFORE AND HAD NO PROBLEMS W/ EXCESS HUMIDITY, WHICH IS OUR ENEMY. BUT ENOUGH OF THIS FOR TONIGHT, IT'S 5:30 AM AND I'VE BEEN YAWNING FOR AWHILE NOW, SO ARRIVA DERCI, SYONARA, IT'S YOUR WEARY CORESPONDENT LEAVING THE ETHER
