Anybody ever add a third rail to there narrow gauge track just so it could match three rail track?

I have seen layouts, and, I think, postings on here, showing 3rd rail trackage,
as could be found on Colorado narrow gauge. I don't know if On3/standard guage
has been commerically made, but would not be surprised. I would have less
expectation that On30/standard gauge is commercially available, but that would
not surprise me either. What I have seen may have been hand laid, but it has been
done. I don't know if the East Broad Top had any three rail in the yard where they
transferred coal loads to standard gauge.
Yes the EBT had/has three track in Mt. Union. It appears it is being removed now.
Here are some pics from the EBT. It was a fun railroad to ride.

With O standard gauge being slightly wider than a scale 4'-8.5" and On30 being slightly narrower than 3 feet, I would think O/On30 dual gauge would look a lot like regular three rail O gauge track.
