Not to sound rude, but it would be nice if you put a little work into it too, as opposed to just asking everyone else to do the creative work for you; that might be why you haven't gotten any bites.
Plus, you're asking for a lot on a square layout. 072 is a 6ft diameter curve, which gives you less than 2' of straight between the corners when you factor in spacing. Then you want a yard and a lot of action, plus 2 or 3 trains? Mmmm, you may want to rethink your space or lower your expectations. I suppose if you do an 072 square and then fill the middle with 031 curves then you can fit a couple things.
You'd be much better off starting with at least a diagram or something that you came up with yourself, and requested help with tweaks. Personally I think it's nice to see some effort on the part of the layout owner.
