any of you have the 3rd rail PRR Q2 with QSI systems...Im noticing I cant get my Q2 to run close to creep mode..feels like somthing dragging it..My 3rd rail S1 with MTH proto 1 in it I can get it to run close to creep mode....My S1 has the grear belt drive system and the Q2 has grear to grear drive system..I did lube the Q2 and still feels like somthing might be dragging it..any of you had that problem like that?/   Im tempted to maybe do the Q2 drive like my S1....both runs smooth and fast but the S1 seams more faster..

The belt drive system is definitely superior to the gear tower drive that is in the Q2.  Note that the gear tower drive is also present in the 3rd Rail PRR J1/J1a 2-10-4's (and of course also in their C&O T-1 2-10-4).  I've installed Cruise Commanders in my Q2 and J1.  They now will creep at just above 1 scale mph and run smoothly at all speeds.  I also thought about retrofitting a belt drive but to do that right would have involved machining the frame among other things.  I figured I try a Cruise Commander (since it was easier) and it worked great.

Like Bob said, there's no reason the 3rd Rail gear tower drive can't crawl almost as well as any of their belt drives unless there are some mechanical issues. Try the ERRCo cruise if you are considering a controls upgrade, it's way easier to install than the old EOB system and it works every bit as well.

I think you commented a while back on my Q2 video, that's Electric RR cruise in there doing its work.
