I saw this layout and am looking for ideas for my five year old grandson.
does anyone know what specific parts I need for this layout?
I want to use a 4 x 8 sheet and keep everything on one level.
But I do not want boring ovals, etc.
I am getting my grandson a LIONEL with FASTTRACK and want to know if fASTRACK is compatible withthis layout.
Alternatively, I would also like to know where I can get a lot of 4 x 8 plans.

There are some attempts to convert this plan to Fastrack in that thread with plans and parts lists you can download and look at. However, as I said in the other post, I don't use Fastrack and it looked like there could be a few problems with this layout using Fastrack. No guarantees it will work or fit together exactly. Maybe one of the experienced Fastrack users will be along to provide more information for you?
Forum member Ace has posted some very nice small track plans here on the forum. Do a search for his posts and you may find something. You can select the member using 'advanced search' and find all their posts. I think most plans he has made were using tubular track though, so converting to Fastrack may be a bit tricky. If he sees this. maybe he will offer you some more advice or post a plan or two for you.
