new layout plan

I have been attempting to design a layout...currently I have an ugly railroad..no scenery just tracks..see it at "1jefreys" on YouTube

also you can get a concept of the room...

the dimensions are as follows...

 

west wall....19' 2"  north wall....23' 4.5"      east wall (1)....12' 7"   south wall (1)...10' 1.5"   east wall(2)....6' 10"    south wall (2)....13' 3"

the door way is 39"

SO IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS HOW TO GET LONG MAINS A SWITCHING YARD WITH MANY SIDINGS TO SPOT CARS..ALSO REQUIRE REVERSING LOOPS AND/OR A "Y"..

 

THE ROOM HEIGHT IS 6 FEET UNDER THE SOFFIT..WHICH RUNS PARALLEL TO THE EAST WALL (2) ....23" WEST OF IT FROM THE THE NORTH WALL TO THE SOUTHWALL (2)

THE SOFFIT IS 27" WIDE 19' 2" LONG

 

I WANT TO BUILD A LAYOUT THAT ALLOWS TRAINS TO CHANGE MAIN TRACKS IN EITHER DIRECTION...AS BEST AS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED...

 

ALSO THERE IS A POOL TABLE PARALLEL TO THE WEST WALL... SO THE MAJORITY OF THE FLOOR REAL ESTATE AVAILABLE IS THE AREA BY THE EAST WALL (1)

 

IF THERE ARE ANY MORE OBSTACLES I WILL LET YOU KNOW....
