Hi everyone, I know I have seen a diagram of this somewhere on the forum, but for the life of me, I can't find it this morning so I thought I would ask here. On a simple oval shaped layout that is 40" by 64" is there room for a Standard gauge loop with an O Gauge 0-31 loop just inside of that?

Currently I just have a loop of O Gauge Fastrack 0-36 and it fits perfect on the 40X64. Just wondering if I need a larger layout board or if there is some way I can incorporate Standard Gauge also. Just a small under the tree layout...

Thank you...

Thanks guys...
COLTM...
To be honest on the software, I might give it a try, but I've seen some folks say Gimp is easy and I can't even begin to figure that program out. When it comes right down to it I can search for stuff, email and basic communications but that's about as computer literate as I get unfortunately. I will download it though & give it a try though for a couple other projects..have some down time coming up so what the heck...

Jim....sounds like for my application it won't work, I sure appreciate the measurement though! On the outside of my plywood I left a border board that sticks up 1/2" all around...sounds like I'm trying to cram a bit too much into this one, may have to build a little bigger layout board.

I sure appreciate the help...

No worries...I know I don't need the software to figure out a simple loop, good suggestion for a much larger layout though. Also, I should apologize...when I originally posted, I thought Standard gauge Fastrack was made in 0-36...I didn't realize 0-42 was the smallest diameter or else I wouldn't have posted the question. Thanks guys...
