I have a few problems and don't know why or what is causing the issues.

I installed my three 3.0 engines in my new dcc system. (MRC prodigy pro-elite 10 amp)

My SD70ACe shell gets really hot with the smoke unit on and it will stop running. Once I turn the smoke unit off it will run without stopping.

My weaver pocono will not even run now. The smoke unit will not work at all in dcc, it will start up and all of the sounds will work. All of the lights will work, but it will not run.

My F3 ABA has no problems at all, everything works fine.

I have the power set to 9 amps for O scale engines, we set it to 5 amps for my son's HO engines. We have no problems with the HO engines with smoke units.

Anyone have idea's as to what is happened. I have one loop of 2 rail track on a 8x8.

I would bet it's the type of power supplied to the engines
