So I have a question about two electrically separated loops, or blocks. I have an outer loop and an inner loop connected with four O72 switches forming the crossover.  There are two, 1 and 3/8 Fastrack tracks with jumper wires beneath them, the red tracks in the image. If I remove the wires from the 1 and 3/8ths tracks, and power the outer loop with the AU posts and the inner from the BU posts, and set the A and B throttles on the ZW transformer to 18 volts, can my Lionchief Plus 2.0 transition from outer to inner without an issue?

My goal is for a Post War locomotive to run on the blue tracks, Lionchief Plus 2.0 locomotive on the green line. The blue siding does have an on/off switch so I can park the conventional locomotive.

Yes.

Great.  That should work fine, if you also have the siding isolated in a similar way.
