What do you do when you get to the FasTrack switches? Especially if you are using Auxiliary power for the switches instead of Track Power.

Drill holes in the Table Top of your Layout and run all your connecting wires underneath your Layout!!!

It is a portable layout on 2" foamboard that will be stored vertically behind a dresser in an apartment. I suppose I could press the bus wires into the foam under the FasTrack.

I think that is probably the answer. That should give you enough clearance under the switches to keep things level.
